Jaxxin came out on a weekend, looked at what type of light I needed, drove to Lowes and got it, and installed it perfectly. I had "while you're here...." lights that needed bulbs replaced, and he just did them in a heartbeat and with a smile! I am a recent widow and retiree from teaching over 30 years. I know very well how young people can be, and I can tell you, this young man is a good one! I am making a list of other jobs I will need done soon, and I will DEFINITELY be calling him back. (as a side note, my service dog really liked him, and I know animals are often good judges of character!)
