His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. "My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. We could quibble that the bathroom walls did not end up ‘like new’ as some might prefer and that, after the work was done, I discovered a problem that I addressed on my own. The plaster did not come close enough to the new electrical workboxes that had been installed and the area between two workboxes was left rough. Caserta would likely have fixed this if I had noticed it during the job or had asked them to come back but I thought it easier to just fix it myself. Other parts of the job, like the kitchen ceiling and bathroom trim, ended up far better than we thought possible. They spent more time on the job than we expected, given the price we paid, and their workers were congenial and professional. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"We vetted 3 contractors all from Angie's List. Danny came prepared with pictures of previous work. He listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas as well. The master bath was taken down to studs. Several design issues were resolved (always interesting to see what previous contractors did) which we were glad to have fixed. We made some changes to our original plan when my wife thought of making a small closet area into a makeup station. What we lost in storage from this converted closet, we gained when Danny installed a large cabinet where an old shower stall was. My wife is very happy to have her make-up area. Also, the in-floor heating system really helps on cold mornings.
At the same time that our bathroom was being remodeled, we were also remodeling our master bedroom. Danny was able to repair drywall over a large part of 1 wall as well as settling cracks on our ceiling. We also had him install new closet sliders and laminate flooring in this room.

"Jim first power washed my deck and the front of my condo.  He also cleaned my patio and my furnature on the deck which he was not contracted to do.  Then about 2 weeks later he came back and pained my deck.   He is also going to fix my front doorbell at no cost to me.
