"We had our first deep cleaning done and they did great. Jess was good to be on site to start and then returned at end to ensure all was done to our satisfaction. I would make the recommendation that when floors are mopped they do a rinse as well as I noticed some streaking and water spotted areas. Otherwise things looked great"

The carpet arrived at their store when they said it would, we set up an installation date, the installers arrived on time and worked very hard while they were here for two days. They left our home very clean each day. The installers did an excellent job and we love our new carpet.
