I wasn't able to get everything the salesperson promised me- I had a ledge that was structural and couldn't be taken out, they couldn't put the stable wall on my cobblestone foundation, but said I will get a rebate check for the cost of the wall they didn't do. The basement no longer looks like a dungeon. The durashield on the walls looks much better. They did take an interior basement door out and didn't put it back ( I hired a handyman to do that). They also suggested getting electric outlets for the sump pump and ez breathe (currently using extension cords). I am awaiting an estimate on how much that wil cost from a local electrician."

No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
