Get matched with top deck maintenance specialists in Arcanum, OH

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Very good services. Would use them again!"

"Everything went very well. Martin and his Team were extremely responsive, professional, thorough and interacted well with our Tenant. In addition, his pricing was equitable and he kept me posted of the job progress from start to finish. Our goal is to build a long term, mutually beneficial relationship with Martin and his company."

"The main drawback was that they did not call me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They showed up 45 minutes later than they said they would. The price was okay. They need to call the customer and let them know whats going on before they show up."

"This team is amazing. They work very hard and get the job done fast. 10/10 recommend and I will be back for more business."

"They did a very fine job. I'm very particular about the type of work that I want and I'm interested about the quality of work they provided. I really can't say enough about them. I had some people comments about some of my apartments saying that it's a new apartment, but, they're not."

"Environment Control sent two men to clean and powerwash our siding and driveway. We were very pleased with the results. They were efficient, well-equipped, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!"

"What a fantastic experience. Cory showed up right when he said he was going to. After I accepted the estimate, he and his crew got right to work. They finished the whole job in one day, very efficient and unintrusive. They were all very professional and courteous young men. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone."

"Mr Lee does wonderful work. I described my interests in the project and he developed options and alternatives that met my needs and reduced the total cost of the project. Everyone in our neighborhood with an exposed front door can either spend $5,000 to replace the front entry or $1,500 to overlay and seal it. Its up to you. Work well done!"
