"The only downside was they had to jackhammer a concrete step which broke some concrete blocks in a retaining wall. However, I was told in advance that it would happen & that they did not do that repair. The work they did to my house fixed the dropped corner of the house , placed level markers & sealed the large crack so it is barely noticeable. They worked quickly & efficiently & pleasantly. "We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it.
