"I hired Premium7construction and had the pleasure working with Ken. I needed my bathroom remodeled and the job done was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courtesy and had great ideas and suggestions. He paid close attention to details and went out of his way to bring samples of paint, tiles, and fixtures that he felt would best fit from what I wanted. He worked long hours and finished in a timely manner. I ended up getting more remodeling done in my bedroom and was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would highly recommend premium7construction to anyone who is looking for an affordable, professional, and dedicated company."

"Tim was a very pleasant gentleman.  The first visit we had set up he never showed for and did not call to say he would not make it. I was a little disappointed in this since I had cleared my afternoon for him to come.  But he did accommodate me when we did schedule things so that was appreciated.  Overall job was fair but old caulk was not removed before applying new and it was cracked and dried out.  I hope the new caulk will hold up after being applied over old.  And it was hard to tell for sure since new caulk was clear, but it appeared to only be applied where old caulk was actually cracked.  I had expected entire window to be caulked.   I also discussed the possibility of hiring him for some additional jobs since he is a general contractor, but never heard back from him.  He seemed eager to get the work and had some excellent ideas I was excited about.  Was to email me some estimated within a few days but never heard back from him.

Comment to Tim's Response:  I don't when you tried to get hold of me because I never received any calls or messages from you. You also had my email address as well as the fact we had communicated messages back and forth on this site.  You also know where I live and could have dropped off your suggestions and quotes or mailed them.  I was able to be reached, I just don't think you wanted the job.  I didn't feel it was a difficult remodel project I had ask you about, but since you did maybe that is why you weren't interested.  And regarding your comments about the job, I know it was a Big Deal that I purchased, but it was never stated if you buy the deal you will get sub-standard service and it won't be done correctly.  I also had to take off most of the weather stripping around the doors because it was too thick and I could not close or lock the doors.  I have read some other comments made regarding your services and you are always trying to make it look like the customer was the one with the problem if they say something negative."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

A pool builder can advise you on the best design for your property and vision, and can walk you through the process from design to a swim-ready pool. Knowing which questions to ask a pool builder can help ensure you choose the right person for the job.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

Most towns and cities have regulations regarding sign dimensions for businesses. If you're opening a new business, contact the town or city's local zoning board to see the specifications you need to follow when getting your sign created. There may also be rules regarding how high your sign can sit. Be sure to learn about specifications before having your sign made. Sign companies generally won't offer refunds once custom signs have been fabricated.

The process involves initial consultation, concept development, detailed planning, regulatory approvals, and integration of contractor work for project execution.
