The reason for the 3.5 rating on customer service is that the company gave us tiny little shelves for a new linen closet that we had installed where the old shower had been. My husband emailed the salesperson a week ago about getting that remedied and hasn't heard back even though the salesperson said he'd look into it. The bathrooms are beautiful, however, we weren't told that they wouldn't patch up drywall until the job was underway. We have painters coming this week to do that and repaint. "Once we got over scheduling challenges (project was rescheduled a few times due to rain which is understandable, or a higher priority job), everything went really well. Ryan and crew arrived on time as planned and did an excellent job fixing the issue. After digging an area of the driveway, it was clear that the drainage line had crossed diagonally underneath the brick driveway. Replacing it would have required removing most of the bricks on a sloped driveway to reach the crushed pipe. Ryan, creatively, proposed installing a new line on the side of the driveway requiring only a narrow strip of bricks to be removed and reinstalled. Ryan and crew were hardworking, competent, creative, caring, and thorough. After completion of the work, they tested the new drainage line which all worked very well. All in all, working with Francis who provided the initial diagnosis and estimates and Ryan and team who did the project was pleasant and a good experience. I will utilize this company again."

All that is covered in their initial cost. What you pay is all you pay. The tubs are “custom” made in their own shop in Ohio so that’s nice, but all in all it’s really just a standard shower/tub combo. Nothing fancy. You break in to the 10s of thousands if you want anything outside their plastic products."
