While he was here, without being asked, he assisted with another problem with the hot water tank when he overheard my daughter and I talking about it.
The receptionist is very friendly and nice to deal with. The tech was knowledgeable and punctual and easy to work with. His manager stopped by and was very professional and personable as well.
