The next morning, they texted at 7am to say a tech would be there between 8 and 10am. Then the tech (Angie) called at 7:30am and said she would be there at 8:20am. She found the problem and had the parts on-hand to fix immediately. Then she checked other components (air handler and heat pump) to make sure heat and cool modes worked properly.
