I approached Hauser for a second opinion diagnosis for loss of AC cooling and they diagnosed it as a deteriorating but not failed compressor and had it running in half an hour with a new replacement run capacitor and an add-on electrical gizmo â compressor saverâ at total cost of under $400."

"I believe the fellows did a good job of cleaning the hvac ducts. They were very attentive to my concerns. They concentrated on the work and did not waste time. There are a few items that I think are not up to NADCA's recommendations. The blower blades were only cleaned with compressed air and this did not not remove all the compacted dust on the blades.The return air grills were not removed to provide better access to the return ducts. Compressed air was applied through the grill."

The work was completed in November over about a 3 day period. Installation of exhaust fan was difficult as Greg and an assistant were required to crawl through the attic space to reach the fan.

The first two were completed in a professional manner (replace all undercoutner lights and replace switch box to dining room chandelier) and I could highly recommend that service. However, my only complaint was I needed two flood lights to replace lights in 12 foot ceiling that I was unable to reach. The electrician had 3 different lights so I was unable to get them replaced since they were different. Very disappointing since now I still have to find someone to do the job."
