"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

Beth quickly sent the estimate, and we were scheduled within a couple of weeks. There was great communication during the entire process. Jeremy and team showed up at the agreed time and they were great. We quickly had new gutters with the facia wrapped. They replaced 5" gutters with 6" where the old ones were failing to keep up with the volume of water. We couldn't be happier with the new gutters, the service we received, and a very fair price."

His crew consisted of skilled, well-coordinated and very hard working individuals. In this teardown job, they were able to do a seamless transition from one part of the roof that had an underlayment of cedar shingles to another part of the roof that had plywood underlayment. Tim was there all the time to supervise the work and Nick stopped by from time to time as well. They texted pictures along the way so we could see what was happening. We are very happy with the new roof. It looks great and they did a quality job. They put our lightening arresters back up when they were done too."
