I have accidentally locked myself out of my apartment by forgetting the keys for a short moment while I wanted to get down to the lobby and grab my packages. I forgot for a moment that the door does not open from the outside so I locked myself outside. I have called this company to come and help me open the locked door and a very generous and helpful person came in for the rescue. He saw my issue with the door and just after opening it I requested if he could also change the whole door knob and lock for me that way I will not have to worry anymore.
