"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We were initially impressed with the salesperson and went with Crisafulli for that reason despite their proposal being more expensive than other providers. Soon after the installation started though, so did our disappointment. The project was poorly planned, ultimately taking over a month (initial estimate 2 days) due to careless project management on their part. They also tacked on charges we were initially told would not be included and failed to resolve the issues we had with poor installation quality. If you go with Crisafulli, which I do not recommend, make sure you have a detailed SOW and can verify the work being performed."

Over time, we have become the experts in making sure an older home is running at peak efficiency when it comes to energy consumption. In order to properly diagnose your home’s needs, Farrell Brothers needs to look at its infrastructure, its duct work and air flow, insulation, windows and doors. All these things come into play when heating and cooling an older home. The biggest and best piece of equipment doesn’t always serve an Albany residence in the same way it would a brand new home.

While having 20 years of combined appliance repair service you can be assured that Greczyn Brothers will always be using the most up to date diagnostic tools and equipment available to ensure all problems are properly handled.

"After having to play phone tag with them, they scheduled me Then they forgot about the appointment When the tech finally came out 2 weeks later, he ran the washer without telling anybody Told me that I needed a new new water filter Proceeded to leave and I had to contact them after about two more weeks for them to set me up for the following week The following week came and on the day of my appointment they called me and said that they damaged the part so they can't do my appointment It's been 3 weeks since then and I contacted them to see what was up. I called them and left a voicemail and got no response. I texted them and got no response. I contacted GE and they are filing a complaint with this company. They also ship the part directly to me and are finding a new technician. Upon getting the serial number and model number for my appliance I discovered mold that has been there for a month because the tech never said he ran it. May need entire new washer. Not recommended."
