"The faucet and vanity in my bathroom needed to be replaced. Robert did a great job at a great price. I had an issue with my water heater several months later. "Two plumbers worked to replace a leaking toilet. I put an inquiry out on Angieâ s list and heard back within a few minutes. "Serge, Nick, and Alex did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom from top to bottom. I have an old house, and before the project, no major work had been done on the bathroom in over 30 years. They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
