"The turn around was very quick and went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, friendly and respectful. I am very pleased with my counters. "Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Additionally, the toilet should always be located downstream of all other fixtures. Different plumbing problems can cause your P-trap to leak. The biggest problems are loose nuts and misaligned pipes. Over time, your P-trap can leak due to the rush of water moving through the pipes, which in turn loosens the nuts and causes the pipes to fall out of alignment. There are several types of sink drain stoppers, including pull-out, twist-and-pull, and pop-up. Pull-out sink stoppers can be removed by pulling on the stopper until it comes out of the drain. A twist-and-pull design requires lifting then turning the stopper to lock it in an open position and the opposite action (turning, then pressing down) to close it. A pop-up sink stopper works by pushing down the drain cover to open or close the passageway.

Once you have your garbage disposal disconnected, you can remove the mounting bracket by unscrewing the bolts that are holding the bracket. You can back them out just enough to pop off the snap ring, which prevents the bottom portion of the bracket from disconnecting from the top when you unscrew the bolts. Use a regular screwdriver to pop off the snap ring, and the rest of the components should fall off by themselves.
