A guy named Steve came to my property and, without inspecting the source of the leak, immediately replaced the wax ring at the base of the toilet. He charged me $140, but the leak persisted. When I asked him about it, he claimed the toilet tank had a leak and wanted to charge me an additional $400 to replace the toilet. He wanted to charge me twice for this job. If he'd inspected the source of the leak initially, I would've paid $400 to replace the toilet instead of additional $140 for the wax ring. I think this is a scam, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services"

I know the job was big but most places were quoting around or over $13,000, and he was cheaper. He was always on time, courteous, cleaned up after himself every day and did the job within a few days. I would highly recommend him!"
