They took my brand new lawn and turned it around into very healthy full grass. They cater each visit to the condition of your lawn not just what they have planned for the whole neighborhood. They have even waited a day and come back with a more customized solution for the needs of my yard and grass. Much of my neighborhood utilizes Lawn Medic and that is how I found them, we have been very happy ever since they started. This is their 2nd year of full service for my property.

They honored their contract. I was able to reach them on the phone and ask questions and they were available to answer me. Their office was certainly professional. I have no complaints. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, lawn is looking OK and everytime I've called they have been very responsive. My main concern is that I've had a lot of weeds and when I called them back the guy that came said the machine broke last time they serviced me so they weren't able to apply weed killer to the entire yard. While I can understand things like that happen, the invoice they left said they applied weed killer and it appears they would not have returned to actually do it if I hadn't called several weeks later saying I had weeds.

The request for this review made me take a good look at the results of Lawn Medics service. They service my lawn 3 or 4 times per year. They HAVE controlled my dandelions and clover BUT my lawn is NOT what it should be. My back yard is pretty bad with many bare spots and a lot of moss. My front yard is somewhat better with fewer bare spots but lots of quack grass. I have Not discontinued service yet but expect to unless they fix this.

They do a very good job. We've been with them for quite a few years.

They are easy to work with. They have a quick response time. The spraying was effective with controlling insects from coming into the house. When we used them for weed control it really did help. Their prices were really good.

I don't use people that I don't like and this is the second year that I have used them. Their prices also seem to be very reasonable. This is a great company who does a professional job and the crew is very respectful.

There have been no problems. I was pleased with the service and I would recommend them to other people. They were really professional and the price was right. They were on time and the quality of their work is always done perfectly well. I am very happy. We are charged per trip.

I was home in my front office when a technician arrived for a scheduled treatment. I observed him take the spreader from the truck, make one pass on my lawn, return the spreader, put out the mandatory warning signs around the property, leave an invoice for $108 in the door, and leave. All this within 7-8 minutes. I went to the yard and verified; no fertilizer had been applied. I called he office and the Manager called me back later. He didn't know about any trouble. He said he would inspect the work the next morning. He never showed up, but the technician did, and he did the entire treatment this time, leaving another invoice. He called from his truck and said his spreader had broken down the day before. But he spent no time trying to fix it and left the invoice anyway with no explanation that the work wasn't done. My conclusion is that the technician thought he could get away with not doing the work and leaving the invoice. It might have worked if I wasn't home to observe it.

Lawn Medic does a wonderful job of taking care of my lawn. They do a lot more than just take care of the grass. They also spray for grubs and other pests. They do different things at different times of the year. I would recommend them to everybody.

The people from Lawn Medic come out four times a year and do what they have to in order to keep my lawn looking wonderful. They are very thorough and professional. They treat me like a valued customer and I recommend them to all.

The work that is done by Lawn Medic is always exceptional. I continue to be impressed with this company. I used to have Tru-Green and was simply under-whelmed with their service. Ever since I switched I have been incredibly impressed.

Lawn Medic does great work. Their treatments take care of the problems that we were having. They are friendly and caring also. I had a great experience with them.

Just started getting Lawn Medic last year, and we have no complaints. The yard looks great and we will definitely continue getting them next year.

Lawn Medic was recommended to us by a neighbor who liked their service. We have used them for two years now and they do a good job. We have had one or two issues with grub, but they corrected it promptly at no additional charge. It is a good service.
