"Can't really find the words to express my full satisfaction with Kalthoff Handyman Services. I hired them to rebuild a very difficult deck---hillside/rock. They worked very hard to build a beautiful deck---quite an accomplishment. They worked thru late fall with very cold temperatures---never with a complaint. I was so pleased I asked them to do other jobs---new kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one was down to the studs), flooring in 2 bedrooms, front steps, insulation. Prices remained fair throughout. Always done professionally and with attention to detail/finishes. Tile work is beautiful/first rate. In the winter, the water froze (pipe in ground). They fixed it (found a way to solve the problem)---no charge. Really quite superior and I am fully satisfied with their work. Cory has the highest standards and completes whatever he says. I recommend them most highly and feel very fortunate to have found them."

"They removed old moldy insulation, sprayed fungicide on the mold and encapsulated a crawl space. Also insulated with foam insulation around the entire basement rim joist, including the crawl space. They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question. Zy called after they finished to make sure I was satisfied."

"I hired them to remove old fiber glass insulation in attic and replace with blown in cellulose insulation along with sealing airflow from the 1st floor. The job was quoted as taking 3 days, it took 5 days and then we had them come back for items that were not up to par. No doubt this is dirty, hot, nasty work and for that I appreciated their efforts. But to honest I felt we had to squeeze them to get the best possible service possible. The workers arrived at 10am earliest and did about 4-5 hrs of work each day. We had lower quotes but went with the because of the 0% loan 6 mos loan and their paperwork showed their insurance. On paper they look professional, but I think their follow through is somewhat lacking."
