Agreed on a price to do our sidewalk with Jose. Got cash for him. He told us a time and day. We got one message to do it a little later. Waited our entire day for him to come. Called his office many times. They told us he was ‘in a meeting’. Wasted our whole day. I don’t get it. I guess he doesn’t want our money. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I could make an appt with him and then not show up so he would know how it feels.

Admiration and gratitude are the words that come to mind when thinking about the Dunrite Design Group. The work is of superior quality and very personalized. Even though we realize that our bathroom renovation was a "small" job in comparison to what this company handles, we felt as if our bathroom was all that mattered to owner John Dunrite and his crew. We cannot emphasize enough how accommodating John Dunrite is, paying attention to all details, constantly stopping in to check the work, taking pride in the job, and even meeting us at a tile store to pick out materials. The company's crew followed John's lead with top-notch work. Vijay, manager of the work; George, who tied it all together; and all of the men, went above and beyond to help us through the bathroom renovation process. No request was a problem. Our apartment and building were respected in terms of: cleanliness, noise control, waste removal, adherence to the time that the work was done, and quickness in which the job was completed. The cost charged was beyond reasonable. We look forward to having the Dunrite Design Group return to our home for further renovations and highly recommend this company without reservation. MC Home Improvements and ConstructionMC Home did an incredible job customizing our new home. We found them August 2020, moved into the house October 2020 and began work in November. The crew was a delight to have at the house everyday while we were home working, of course noisy with the demo but we made it work! Availability for materials/doors/windows delayed the project at times which was out of their control. Word of advice during home remodel during Covid, don't delay decision making! Eric did a great job explaining things that we didn't know or other ways to think of how to build/style. The sunroom is hands down our favorite room in the house. The fireplace needed a makeover - MC Home gave some great suggestions on trim/moulding styles and it was done in a week. Overall, I appreciated the time Eric and the team took to make sure we understood the process and keeping us in the loop as it progressed each week. Project costs were reasonable and in line with industry standard. We'll definitely recommend them to friends/family and use MC Home in the future!- Candace K.

Brady Built SunroomsAn internet search for a sunroom found BradyBuilt. After an email exchange, we were invited up to the factory to see how the rooms are built. We were very impressed with the process, and also with our salesman who discussed our project in detail with zero pressure. After contracting to buy a sunroom, the BradyBuilt employees we dealt with at the company were all professional and totally on the ball. The delivery of the room, two weeks ago, went flawlessly and we love the beautiful new space in our home. Having said that, anyone buying should be aware that a large part of the process is having a local contractor that can follow the BradyBuilt plans for the connection to an existing home. Ours had no trouble with the plans and, when the room arrived, it literally took just a couple of hours to attach it to the house!- aimee p.
