"The contractor rushed the job, did very little prep, and painted in eggshell instead of the requested matte finish. Walls had bumps, imperfections, and paint drips. Walter underbid other quotes, but now I understand it was because he cut corners and cheapened the quality. Walter left a spatula wedged high on the front door, which caused the door to tear and scrape the wall when closing. He told me earlier it ?will keep happening? and expected me to deal with it. Walter made excuses to fix the door and wall but never came back, so I had to hire someone else to repair the door. I have attached photos of the damage. I do not recommend this contractor. "

Then there were numerous issues with scheduling the initial job and trying to schedule the return to complete the job because the technician had various problems ( a personal emergency, an accident, a problem with equipment). In the end we became frustrated with the continuous rescheduling attempts and decided to seek someone else to complete the work. "
