"Vinny was very helpful. Turns out the last guy who mounted my tv (unrelated to this business) did a terrible job and I was lucky it didnâ t fall off the wall. I'm a single female living alone who knows nothing about mounting a tv or what sorts of supports are required for this. Vinny made sure my tv was mounted properly and securely. He also fixed the mess (holes all over the walls) the other contractor left behind. Reasonably priced, especially considering that Vinny had to repair someone elseâ s shoddy work. I will absolutely be consulting three v for any and all future contracting needs. Could not recommend more highly. If you want it done right, see three v contracting."

"I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."

To make matters worse, the ?advice? given for self-repair turned out to be entirely incorrect. We ultimately had to hire a different appliance repair company, who quickly identified the actual problem and replaced the necessary component. Refund Issues: I contacted the owner multiple times. We mutually agreed that the service fee should be refunded due to the poor and misleading service. Despite several follow-ups and repeated assurances that the refund would be issued, we still have not received it. Bottom Line: Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding Appliance Medic. What was once a trustworthy company has, in my view, become unreliable and unprofessional.
