Great job cleaning out my chimney but piled the ivy they removed in my neighbor's yard on top of his leaves instead of putting them in my yard at the curb and he called me mad and I had to go out and remove them to my yard or the village wouldn't collect his leaves.

Poor Communication, totally disrespectful. Staff will not take accountability for their actions blame installers for errors that they made , no final receipt emailed or even called and told what it would be, stuck with carpet that could not be disposed of because they assumed my town did big...

In the process of installing my new faucet, he also freed up my garbage disposal getting that working again, and told me where I could get replacement filters for my filtered water spout. He did those for no extra charge. Clean, nice guy -- I've already passed his name on to others!

Did a great job cleaning our stove. Collected a considerable amount of trash? But we are still looking for the cats? bowls and a few other things. My wife is particular about how she likes things done. Unfortunately, that resulted in an argument. We would not call them again.

Although they did fix the sink, the faucet, sprayer and garbage disposal, they did in fact charge my mother $1000 about 4x the average cost for the repair. I would never ever let another family member use this service. Unbelievable that they can charge so damn much for such a simple repair.
