CARPET SMART MILL OUTLET

Poor Communication, totally disrespectful. Staff will not take accountability for their actions blame installers for errors that they made , no final receipt emailed or even called and told what it would be, stuck with carpet that could not be disposed of because they assumed my town did big garbage all the time-I would rather weave carpet of yarn by hand then over work with these people again. After all my expenses, it will have cost me 400 over my original quote due to a "hidden charge" as well as garbage disposal. I even tried to replace the issue with them, and they told me it was basically my problem not theirs. I did report them to my town for littering.

Do yourself a favor and never go to this place for carpeting. They have no concept on how to measure for carpeting. I had measured my floors before I went to order the carpeting. They told me they would still have to come and measure. At that point I decided to carpet my closets. They came out to measure, added another 90 yards for 3 closets. I now have enough carpeting left over to carpet another room. I was told they were going to give me a credit for all the extra carpeting they sent out, no credit on the bill. I also had to change the date for installation by a week. I called the store was told there would be no problem. The guy that does the installing told me I should have called him to change the date. Why didn't somebody at the store tell me that. I am not at all happy with the installation, they never cleaned up their mess and it took me 2-1/2 hrs to clean up everything.
