"Zack Kinney Electric installed a transfer switch kit (9/18/2021) that I selected from Amazon, connected it to my existing panel box, and added a remote connector box in the garage to plug the generator into. I found that he was very flexible to do this project using the parts I specified and install exactly the way I wanted. The transfer switch from Amazon had a bad switch from the factory so Zack had to make multiple trips to get it all installed. This was no problem for Zack as he wanted to ensure I was happy with the install. The install is very clean and professional and of course everything works as it should. I hired Zack to check my kitchen stove (7/25/2022) since it kept tripping a circuit breaker in the house panel box. He checked the stove outlet and wiring but the stove circuit breaker needed to be replaced. Initially we got the wrong breaker that didn't match my exact panel box configuration but again Zack was patient with me and kept at it until we had the correct breaker installed. The stove has worked perfectly ever since! I refer my friends and family to Zack if they need help with an electrical project and Iâ m sure Iâ ll hire him again myself. Zack if you're reading this thanks again for all your help!!!!"

"I'll admit, I haven't serviced my Furnace in a few years and expected it to need something. The owner's son was excellent. He checked it out, and cleaned what needed cleaning--including the sensor. I know that the last guy never touched that! Then, on to my 8 or 9 yr old AC unit. He checked it thoroughly and explained that the mossy buildup on the outer coils has probably increased my electric bill quite dramatically. I almost used my pressure washer on it a few weeks ago. Thank heaven I didn't! He said the coils are easily damaged and he did the cleaning! NO pressure washers. Then we got to the bad news---upon checking, he said the frion level was down quite a bit and it would need to be filled. He identified a small leak in the unit. I was expecting that the next thing would be the hard sell  to have it fixed, replaced or, something costly. Here come the good part! He suggested that since it's already mid Aug. and it's still working decently, just wait and address the problem next spring!
That was certainly a surprize!

"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. We scheduled for him to install two days later. We were very happy with their work, meticulous and detailed. We canâ t notice any rods from the front of the house and they do their best to hide the cable so you canâ t see it. Our house got hit by lightning a year ago and it is not something I want to go thru again with the rebuilding of our house. We have a peace of mind that our house has protection now.
