"Ryan called ahead with his arrival time and was prompt, pleasant and professional.  Went to work setting up the Water Heater drain and then inspected faucets, drains and hose connections.  Was able to tighten several areas on two shut off  valves that had been minimally leaking and fixed those problems.  Cleaned up after his work.  Answered all of my questions and adressed any concerns I had about the functioning of the water heater.  Related that they provide 24 hour emergency service.  I would highly recommend this company and would definetly use them again.

The project was extensive but they managed to keep power interruptions to an absolute minimum. We scheduled for him to install two days later. We were very happy with their work, meticulous and detailed. We canâ t notice any rods from the front of the house and they do their best to hide the cable so you canâ t see it.
