"Brett was an excellent professional from communication all the way to follow up after the project was completed. When the job we hired him to do turned out to be significantly more involved than anyone thought after he opened up some exterior columns, Brett worked with us to figure out the best options and then he took care of the problem and clearly communicated what would be involved, from cost to added material, and he was fair with his pricing for the excellent work he did. When an issue arose 2 days later due to a manufacturers' defect, Brett took care of ordering replacement pieces and working us into his schedule, this was all after the job was technically completed and he was not obligated to do so. I will certainly be hiring him for all of my skilled carpentry needs in the future."
