It went really well. Pete is extremely meticulous and very skilled at painting and wallpapering. He showed up when he said he would and finished the work in good time. I would definitely hire Pete for more painting work in my house.

Pete refinished the cedar ceiling in the sunroom/porch.  I had noticed that the cedar was looking 'dry' on the vaulted ceiling in our sun room/porch.  Pete appraised the situation, and then, as asked, gave a quote which covered the range of options he could identify.
Neither of us knew EXACTLY how/what he was going to have to do to get the ceiling to look the way I/he wanted.  He and Danny started, discovered that the ceiling had developed a 'haze' of waxy dust.  After discussing it, they literally 'mopped' the ceiling, then sanded it lightly, then refinished it.
It looks great.  Because I was involved at each part of the process, I think he was comfortable with proceeding experimentally to achieve my goal, and in the end, his solutions were absolutely right.

It went very well, they came out, they did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the work they did. They knew what they were doing.

The work was done very well over a period of several days. We appreciated the professionalism of the crew and the daily clean-up. The repairs were more extensive than anticipated, but Pete made sure they were done properly in the most cost effective way. We are very pleased with the results and definitely recommend Pete.

My experience was excellent. I have worked with Pete Bauman Contractor for many years and have found their quality of work exceptional. This covering all phases of interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, woodworking and refinishing. I would highly recommend this company in any of the above categories for their professional work.

The only two problems were related to clarification of the final invoice and completion of some punch list items. The latter was complicated by both the electrician, Ben Clement, and the carpenter/drywall contractor Pete Soule, not completing, or having to re-do their part of the work. The final invoice had to be re done several times to account for adjustments.

They were professional, craftsmanship was great and very clean.

The crew of Dan andrew and Mitch are great. Friendly polite and do an outstanding job. Every day when they were done they would clean up everything so that disruption was kept to a minimum. The work is outstanding, my husband marvels at the paint job. I have a 35 year old kitchen that looks new. I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact will use them again myself.

I was very pleased withe quality of the work. the crew was polite and friendly. Every Night when they were done for the day, they cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend them. in fact, I am about ready to call them regarding 3 more rooms in the house
