We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. He provided no receipts for items supposedly purchased so there is no proof of the purchase of 3 sumps he said he replaced and the floor he covered with waterproof paint was blistered and cracked everywhere. He never returned to follow up and finish as agreed. He was a now show after 3 attempts to reschedule - each time he agreed and and never materialized. There is now a judgement against him recorded with the county from small claims court. I had to bring someone else in to do what he should have done in the first place."
