Don was always in communication with us about the status of the plans, the permits, building material arrival & delays�the whole nine yards. He & his crew showed up on time, worked hard & late to get our job done. I have to mention that Don was the one who came up with the plans for the deck. We had to change the original location of our pool because of town code restrictions & ended up putting it at the base of a hill, just off our outdoor patio. We had a hard time envisioning a deck for the pool & Don came up with a beautiful deign to marry to the paved patio & pool deck together. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
