Mike was the only contractor we interviewed that was more than willing to make the changes we wanted and he could do all the work, where other contractors would have to subcontract work out that they didn’t do. We hired Mike to tear out our old wood front porch and rebuild it using composite. We were also enlarging the new porch. Mike was attentive to our requests and the work was done exceptionally well and in only a few days. We were so pleased with how the porch was turning out that we immediately drew up another contract with him to install a new flagpole for us. Mike and his team at Prime Construction are 10/10! I recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. The quality of their workmanship, attention to detail, very fair pricing are absolutely outstanding. I received 3 estimates, none of which were even close to being reasonable to what Mike offered. He made my gym shed even BETTER than what I was expecting, and I have incredibly high standards when it comes to construction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME CONSTRUCTION!

Mike's crew is unprofessional & left me feeling unsatisfied in many ways but I will only share three. Firstly they did not clean up properly and left debris in my yard for days. I called him to tell him about it and he took about a week to come pick it up. Also after completing my deck it failed the inspection, which he took 7 months to come back to finish the parts that failed. At first Mike was easy to work with but when issues came up he gets very defensive and disrespectful. Lastly, they bust the water pipe in my yard when digging for the footer. I am just here to share the facts of my experience and hopeful save someone the headache I had with Mike. I would rather pay more $$$ they work with him again. I definitely do not recommend.

Mike and crew(Mike Jr lol, Anthony and Andrew). What can I say? Not enough. The moment these guys showed up they displayed a polished level of professionalism and work ethic. Not to mention that their just one **** of a bunch of great guys. Extraordinarly courteous and respectful. They didnt waste any time on day one tearing the old deck down. And, man, are these guys neat and organized. They got right into building our new deck, which took only a few days. These guys even worked through the rain. The finished deck was beyond my and my wife's expectations. Very impressive. Mike the boss led the charge. We knew from the moment we met him, that this man knows his craft, and knows it well. We had checked out two other companies prior, but there was something not quite right. Too expensive and too many loopholes. We were left more confused and disappointed than before we started. Mike, on the other hand, clarified everything. Everything was transparent. He laid out what we were going to get, and the price was absolutely fair. No strings attached, which was the impression we were getting from the other guys. And Mike seems to have all the bases covered when it comes to home improvement. He did some electrical work for us, even while the deck was being built. We are already discussing other projects around our home that need to be taken care of. At this point, there is no need to even look anywhere else. Mike does it all. We already recommended him out to friends and family, and we highly recommend him to you. 10 stars!!

The crew of Prime Construction did a fantastic job on replacing my old wood deck with a new composite deck. They worked through some of the coldest days of December and January building new footers, framing, and custom cutting and placing the boards. I would recommend using them for any of your future construction needs.

Mike and his crew did a great job with our deck and retaining wall project. We were always able to easily communicate with him from the time we signed our contract through the completion of the project. We would definitely recommend prime construction.

From start to finish everything was great. Mike was so easy to work with and easy to communicate with. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Mike and his team at Prime Construction were extremely professional, responsive, and clean. They were able to advise me on any questions I had throughout the projects. The projects were completed on time, on budget, and my home was left cleaner than when they arrived.

Prime Construction breached contract agreement. Claimed completed all contract oblagationsare seven months after claiming it was a three weeks work that was not in the contract. Prime Construction screwed up this job up its been a very stressfull situation involving about 25k in labor and material on site which we agreed to supply. Prime Construction has breach the contract agrement. It's a year now he claiming he's done and finaly voluntarily agreed to arbitration after several comunacations through Angi customer soulations. We voluntary agreed to arbitration through FairClaims paid for by Angi. Angie's customer soulations has been very helpful. A date was set. We were aloud to up load evidence and comment on our positions ptior to the gearing. The Arbiter explaind the orocess asked for clearifacation and inf us of our rights to submit aditional information that would proove claims. Then 24hr. To review the other parties evidence and make aditional com we nt d a nd a decison we. Then the best evidence will dictate the decision. Payable in fourteen 14 days. After which a court can certify the judgment. Hope my claims presented are sufficient.

The crew were always there on time and ready to go. It is a family operation so their stress level is low. We got a beautiful new deck (the last on was demolished- it was not even attached to the house) Mike was very good at handling the permit side of thing as well. He or his team will come back to paint it in the spring.

What an amazing job Mike and his crews did for us. He install a gorgeous 10X20 new deck with stair. We were amazed about how professional and knowledgeable Mike is. I would recommend Prime Construction in a blink of an eye to anyone looking to re-do or install a new deck. Thank you Mike.

Mike was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the finished product. When I began the process, brought in a few contractors; one tried to convince me to pull the permit by saying it would add significantly to the cost if they did. Others were just just throwing out ridiculous quotes. Mike provided a quality product at a fair price. When I had questions, he was very responsive. When we ran into unexpected issues, as you will, he worked with me to get them resolved without breaking my budget. Will be my first call on my next project.
