He was able to not only give an estimate, but also fix it right then, and for a tiny fraction of the other estimate, without removing the doors or causing inconvenience to clients. I had a problem with the door (hit the bottom panel with tractor) and they ordered the Panel and it was installed the same week. Great service and highly recommend them. Any issues I had they fixed. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
<br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
<br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.

"We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of service and way we were treated by Zerodraft from our very first phone call to my final call to pay our final bill. I had seen a Zerodraft advertisement on TV that really intrigued me about insulating brick walls and our house which is brick has always been cold and drafty so my husband and I wondered what could be done. So when I called to arrange an appointment for a free estimate the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and actually took the time to ask me questions about my house and what my concerns were... She also mentioned that Zerodraft helps their customers by offering programs through NYSERDA and that they try to reduce my out of pocket costs whenever possible..
<br /> The salesman, Joe, who showed up to check out our house actually found that our furnace was producing too much Carbon Monoxide and that this was a safety concern..It was also not running very efficiently and had been costing us money.
<br /> We ultimately ended up replacing our furnace as well as having our basement insulated, one wall and part of an attic that had been left uninsulated after some remodeling years ago.I am really happy with Zerodraft because they showed up on time each day and actually cleaned up at the end of each day.. There were some unexpected things, like a tripped circuit breaker, but they jumped right on that and made sure everything was fine each day before leaving.. They explained the entire project to me and my husband (who was able to work in his home office around the project) they were even courteous to our cats and helped us make sure they didnt get outside while the work was going on... I am very glad to have had Zerodraft do this work on our house... and my only regret is not doing it a long time ago...

"From the time that I first contacted Phylis to the time that the job was completed, Phylis always proved to be the consummate professional: on time, accurate, tasteful, and also worked with a sense of humor. The only things that she could NOT help me with were if I wanted vinyl floor covering to be replaced (I picked that out with another local vendor). Phylis came to the house, took all measurements of the room and its built-ins, and then was able to advise what to replace things with. I never felt that she was strongarming me to do anything I didn't want to do; I already had a feel for what I wanted and she helped to refine that idea for me. I also found it extremely helpful to have someone herself with years of construction experience to do all the ordering, etc. of merchandise. She went through catalogs and I met her at the store and saw some samples, and what wasn't there was able to look at catalogs. Items were presented within several price ranges, and when I indicated something that she hadn't marked, she might be able to tell me the pros and cons of that item. Anyway, I ordered my new tub, corian tub surround, corian vanity top and inclusive sink, toilet (had to fit within a small space) and all hardware and light fixtures from Builders Best, and what was so wonderful is that she was able to work directly with my contractor to ensure everything was delivered when he needed it, and I didn't have a garage-full of items that were going to sit around forever until used. Then after the job Phylis came out to see how the contractor had done, and also called me to thank me for the business. She beat me to the punch as I wanted to do THAT with HER!! I would recommend Phylis and Builders Best with no reservations at all. You get what you pay for....
