He quickly identified the problem areas, suggested an affordable solution and quickly installed a french drain around half the basement with sump pump. Excellent communication, speed and quality! Most importantly I didn't feel like he tried to up-sell me on anything that was not necessary."

"I received service in January 2021 for a problem I was having with my hot water heating system. Problems were solved after replacing some components and I was not happy with the overall outcome of the way the repairs went. I paid for the service and everything was working but I felt like I had been given a wrong diagnosis based on details I will not get into. As a result, I gave an unfavorable rating grade. Recently I was contacted by one of the owners to discuss my experience. Ray and I had a long conversation and came to a reconsideration of the bill I paid. Ray has always been extremely pleasant to converse with and at the conclusion offered to refund the complete charges for the services in question. I never felt like I was taken advantage of, but was not comfortable with the process of the diagnosis and the resulting charges. I was left wondering whether other options, or tests should have been considered but I did not want to seem like I was questioning the technician opinions or skills. I new his skills were on an expert level but that does not necessarily mean that an error could not occur. At any rate I am going to try to remove my original rating and wholeheartedly give 5 stars across the board for Polar heating and plumbing. The fact that I was contacted to discuss my concerns and given a refund when I was not even anticipating this is a testament in itself that they are truly concerned with their customers opinions and ultimately the outcome and status of their work. I will continue to consider them with any needs I have in the future and am removing my earlier rating for them. Businesses that go to this level of customer care are, in my opinion, few and far between. Thanks Ray and all your staff for making me feel much better about the experience I had. I look forward to working with you in the future and I will highly recommend your business to anyone I can."

"When it rained my basement would get 2-3 inches of water. Tim and his team redirected all of the drain pipes (5 in all), reshaped the slope of the land surrounding my house, planted grass seed, and left the yard spotless. Now my basement is drier than Arizona in mid-July. These guys are pros, they finished in a day. It was a pleasure to see these men work! Their price was more than fair. You can't go wrong with DIGGS! "Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures.
