They arrived right on time and a quick and efficient job. During the process Peter(the owner) without prompting, kindly explained each step they were doing and why as he and his assistant did the inspection and cleaning. He also explained to me how my chimney was constructed, what caused the smoke to blow back and how to avoid it in the future.
