Fish Window Cleaning

We had our gutters cleaned supposedly. I never saw any debris from the gutters, after the work. But the next rain we noticed water pouring over our gutters again, in the same spots. The guys were personable, but they were quick. Lately, with this heavy rain, we have noticed the same issues, but worse in the same two spots. Our yard barely has any trees, especially those that hang over the gutters or roof. I wanted to b satisfied, but I can’t, because I don’t believe the gutters were fully cleaned. This is not good business. We have water coming into our home, from the overflow.

The work was great, it was very good, we have them every year for windows and gutter cleaning services, and they have been excellent everytime.

Fish Window Cleaning I just wanted to write about our bad experience with Fish Window Cleaning. When Fish came out their job was to clean all of our outside windows and just the large living room windows inside our house. The next day, with the morning sunlight coming in, we found that several windows were not cleaned on the outside. In addition, we found one of our expensive garden statues had been broken (in the same spot where Fish had their ladders to reach our second floor). Not only weren’t we told by the cleaners that they had broken the statue, but they had carefully placed the broken pieces back together in an effort to conceal the damage! We called Fish Window Cleaning and informed them about the broken statue and the dirty windows. They sent out the same crew to re-clean the dirty windows. It was then that Fish Window Cleaning told us that there was something on the windows that their cleaner would not remove. They told us that we would have to call them back and they would need to bring out a special solution to remove the streaking. This would be an additional charge. This leaves us with several questions: (1) Why didn’t Fish Window Cleaning tell us the day they came out that they could not clean several windows? (2) Why did they come out a second time without appropriate cleaning solution? (3) When my wife spoke with the woman on the phone to have them come out the second time, the woman indicated that she had spoken to the crew. So why didn’t the workers tell her that they did not get the windows cleaned the first time? Why bring them out a second time without the proper cleaner? Why didn’t the workers tell us that they couldn’t get several of the windows clean? Why didn’t the workers tell us that they had broken a garden statue? The must have known they had broken it since the statue was placed back together in the spots where it was completely cracked-off. Why didn’t Fish Window Cleaning offer to reimburse us for the statue? The bottom line is that Fish Window Cleaning came out twice, failed to clean windows we had paid to have cleaned and broke our garden statue. We left 3 messages with them about these issues, but they never returned our call. One of the windows that they couldn’t clean is a large window above my front door. I am constantly reminded every time I look at that window, what a terrible job Fish Window cleaning did. Avoid them! They say they care about customer satisfaction, but their actions speak louder than words. Grade = F.

Prompt and thorough

Very good service. Had to reschedule due to nasty fall weather but the job was completed nicely and they made sure the gate to my yard was closed so my dog didn't escape! I'd definitely hire them again.

Very well, both were friendly and courteous, they did what was suppose to be done, and had me check if everything met up to par, which it did!

I purchased an angies list deal after having a hard time getting any callbacks. They showed up promptly, but threw so much of the gutter material on the lawn, deck, gardens, shrubs, I spent more time cleaning up rotting leaves mixed with shingle granules than i would have cleaning the gutters myself.
