They were prompt (7am) and continued working throughout the day. They came back the following day and finished after 2 hours of work. The job was well executed, they were friendly, polite, careful to have debris, nails, etc. contained on tarps and windows/doors shielded with plywood so there was no mess when they finished. It actually was cleaner around the house than when they started. I didn’t have to worry about my small dog walking outside afterward because they used a magnetic nail finder to screen the yard. I was very impressed! My carpenter is the one who hired them. He acted as the contractor on the job because I had other jobs to be completed after the roofing was done. He has known Todd M. Bohrer for a long time and knew he did quality work. This is my third roof on the house (due to my 1st being an absolute nightmare by a company that is no longer in business, the second was a good job, but with storms damage in this area my garage & house rooves were done at different times and the garage needed replacing). I decided to do the skylights whose seals generally last 30 years, and mine were up for renewal, so I decided to do everything and get the expensive stuff done. With my carpenter/renovator, they did some removal of plywood to fix some ice dam problems and gave me good feedback. I would hire them again in a minute!
