Location of the tree on your property (how difficult will it be to get our equipment in?), size of the tree, if the tree is overhanging any structures, utilities (above ground wires, buried lines, septic systems/drains, etc.), if the tree is living or dead, and whether or not heavy equipment like a mobile crane will be required for the removal.
