"I hired Angelo for several projects. Gutter repair, roof repair, stairway repair, wall repair, gate installation and, the largest, stucco repair. Angelo is professional, responsive, reliable, honest, and takes pride in his work. I was also impressed because three of the projects: the gutter, the roof, and the stucco repair were difficult and dangerous jobs. "The services provided were acceptable and they were very efficient. Very friendly and good to work with. We had 5 spaces painted. Overall cost was on par with other quotes we received, but we chose them based on timing. While we were not under a deadline, we did want to get things completed ASAP and they were able to deliver. They even took care of a smaller side project for me as part of the scope and that was greatly appreciated. I do, however, have to comment on some of the quality issues. Some of these I pointed out at the time, but were not fully addressed upon completion. Generally, there was a sloppiness: some missed or light paint spots need touch-up; edges were not as straight as expected; bleed-through under taped areas; light switches painted; outlets painted over; and paint spots on wood floor. I am pretty forgiving of many items, but I have to remark on these because they are items that I avoid when I do the painting myself. UPDATE: We discovered more paint marks on the floors. This is really sloppy and we will likely need to have floors refinished."

I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He doesn’t just try to quickly smack on a finish coat and call it a day like most of these other contractors and call it a day. I highly recommend him. You don’t find people like him anymore!!"
