"What started as a deck rebuild turned into a three season room addition. Matt and his crew were easy to work with, offered some great suggestions to us, and the finished room is more than we hoped for! We loved his suggestion of putting pine on the vaulted ceiling, and the finish work at the bottom on the outside looks great. Matt took care to match our 20 year old siding, and finish the windows and doors to exactly match the others on the house."

"Anni and his partner did a great job and were totally professional painting my two-story garage. They clearly communicated when they were coming and what they were doing. They did small wood repairs beautifully before painting and the garage looks great. Definitely recommend."

"This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Sergey took the time to match the fixtures, door, and trim to that of the rest of the house and the bathroom looked great. I highly recommend V & S Tile and Bath to my friends and family and I am sure I will be using them again in the future."

"Brian and his team showed up on time daily They were neat and organized worked well with my wife were able to wrap up a few additional tasks around the house and completed everything in a timely manner would definitely recommend for your Remodel"

"Everything went great. Matt remodeled my bathroom and updated the electrical panel. Matt was rehired in the summer to build a large deck out back and it came out amazing! He also built a 40ft long retaining wall for my trees and garden. Everything looks amazing and I love his work."

"We hired Farzad to demo a bedroom in our house that had some old paneling and popcorn plaster ceiling. He installed new drywall in the entire room, added some electrical outlets, installed new trim, a new window, new door and LVP flooring. He did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, fair, and respectful of our home from start to finish. He went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be hiring him for more jobs in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for work to be done!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Chris did excellent work. His capabilities to do various handyman projects is great. He has completed many projects for me, I have an old home and we found a few pin holes in my plumbing that have started to show up in my downstairs. We worked together and he helped me replace all the piping. He also installed crown molding in my dining room for me and did a fantastic job. Chris has all the qualities you can ask for; reliability, accountability, responsibility and he provides great value. What you pay for and what he accomplishes, he does a quality job in a timely manner."

"Showed up early ready to work. Kept me informed the whole way. Able to answer any questions I had along the way. Able to get the job done a little before schedule. Vary polite. I would recommend for anyone and will be sure to hire him again for next remodel."
