Thomas did three days of work over a four week span. He required a 50% and didn’t return any money after only completing 15% of the project. He tried changing the terms midway through the project and did not communicate well. He also promised to do work that wasn’t in the contract which he didn’t complete. I suggest not trusting anything that is not explicitly written in your estimate/contract.

Thomas did great work on my house siding repair. Work quality was excellent and cost was very reasonable. He also voluntarily repaired my deck without extra cost. I also liked his cleanliness during the repair work. Overall, very satisfied and would like to get his help for next project.

My bathroom was gorgeous. No complaints at all. Splashed Painting and Remodeling went above and beyond my expectations. I hired him for a floor install and a bathroom remodel. The bathroom remodel was perfect, Including a shower niche that I never knew I needed it until I had it. Would definitely hire again.

After some frustrating experiences with other contractors, we were delighted with the professionalism and expertise Thomas and his crew brought to our projects. Thomas provided a fair, detailed quote that was very reasonable given the scope of work. From start to finish, working with Thomas and his crew was a pleasure. They showed impressive versatility in both interior and exterior work, handling everything with a high level of skill. We initially needed only a few repairs and siding replacement, but Thomas also replaced the rotten siding board in the front, fixed our garage door, repaired a rotten kitchen cabinet board, and fixed our deck. Their industriousness and courtesy were evident, and the quality of their work surpassed our expectations. A standout aspect of working with Thomas was his commitment to going above and beyond. He offered value-added repairs or services at reasonable price which was incredibly generous. It’s clear that Thomas is passionate about his work and truly values helping his clients. Unlike many contractors who may focus solely on profit and can be impatient with requests, Thomas was always patient and attentive to our needs. We feel very fortunate to have found Thomas and highly recommend him to anyone seeking reliable and skilled construction services.

As Thomas’ crew diligently went to work, I learned that Thomas was also a landscaper! He took on another job on the spot! Diligent, hardworking painters and will hire again but Thomas will definitely be hearing from me to maintain my landscape. Easy to work with, competitive pricing as well.

Our landscaping had begun to grow profusely-just out of control. The driveway (100 plus ft plus a turnaround was cracked, sprouting grass in the cracks-an eyesore. My garage doors, front door, and shutters were in need of the TLC of sanding and painting. The contractor who took 2 years to finish my back deck had never done the necessary latticework to enhance and seal off the area under the deck. Our roof and house were so dirty, even growing moss on the north side. I cannot stress my joy and appreciation to Tommy and his crew for making our house look like new again. The view from the road is spectacular. People who drive by on a daily basis have stopped to rave about the change. It’s truly amazing. Our 12 x 12 concrete front porch finally got the paint it needed to cover 30+ years of stains. I could go on to praise Tommy and his crew for their dedication and expertise. Perhaps the best outcome of my dealings with Splashed Painting and remodeling has been the relationship I’ve forged with Tommy Clemente, the owner and contractor extraordinaire. We’ve come to know each other’s families in the last two weeks. I feel that we will become long term friends. Price, everyone’s bottom line! OMG! When he came to give me the estimate a few Saturday’s ago, I couldn’t believe the price for our project. I thought I was hearing wrong. Splashed Painting’s bid was awesomely low. Well, the project is 95% done and I feel like the owner of a brand new home. I hope all of you reading this will put Spashed Painting and Tommy on your list for an estimate. But if he gets too popular, he might not have any time left to paint the interior of my house. D. Hahn Schodack

Great Work Ethic, Very Efficient.

Thomas was amazing! He was very meticulous and made sure to give us exactly what we pictured! We had a dream of converting our foyer into a bathroom for our guest and even with all of the extra things he had to do (our house was old and outdated) he made sure to match our paint and stay true to the craftsmanship of our home! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a vision! And even more so to those who do not. (He was very creative in areas where we couldn’t make a choice or didn’t know what we wanted.)

I hired splash painting and remodeling to remodel my kitchen and bathroom to make wheelchair accessible for my handicap father and in addition to doing the kitchen and bathroom remodel they also cut a whole in the side of my house where my fathers bedroom is in order to add a fire exit with the attached ramp so incase of an emergency my father can get out of the house quickly I have never been more impressed with a contractor in my life his need to make everything perfect and he also went out of his way to make sure I was happy every step of the way

Most importantly, the work was excellent. As a bonus, all my questions were answered, Splashed was communicative, pleasant, patient, ready to help with design decisions (and/but respected my preferences), and kind to all members of my household, adult, child, and canine. 11/10
