There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

"August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."

Luckily, I decided to wait one more day and get a second opinion from the guys who installed the pump a few years back— they actually got down and did the work, found out it was just a wiring problem and saved me nearly $5,000. Webber even wanted to charge me an additional $2200 to install an $800 filter. Short version: These guys are real gougers. Watch your pocketbook!"
