European Personal Touch Cleaning ServiceI’d like to say that my experience with European Personal Touch’s services has been nothing but professional and pleasant. Maria and her staff were able to get my house show-ready to be sold. They did a phenomenal job by doing a deep cleaning of the entire house, starting from the refrigerator, to the stove to the bathrooms and ultimately steamed cleaned and removed dog hair from the carpets. The house used to have an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke and they were able bring the house back to life by getting rid of the odor and leaving the house smelling fresh and clean. He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! I didn't have to throw out any clothes, and I didn't lose anything sentimental because of their due diligence and hard work. I will always be grateful for that. I highly recommend them. As he walked to my front door he was professionally and appropriately dressed and his work truck was clean, neat and in order.
