They did a good job, professional, polite and nice. The price was good and the carpet was spotless. I would recommend them. They were fast and the carpet was clean.

Very happy with the service I received. The workers were punctual, friendly and professional. My carpets were cleaned well. One of the rooms had a stubborn stain. I was worried Id have to change carpeting completely. NY steamers were able to clean it and saved me a lot of money in the process. I will definitely use again,

Eh -- they said I couldn't use the Angie's list coupon to do what I wanted, and charged me a lot more to have the sofa steam-cleaned with a different machine, to get cat pee odor out of it. The odor really didn't go away after the cleaning, but they told me if I could get a second cleaning for free if it needed it. When I called to schedule the second cleaning -- guess what? Never got it scheduled.

Well 2 gentlemen came in they did their job withing less than 2 hours, but I found the work quality is poor. Some parts of my kitchen looks the same as it did before they came in , So I called them back since they warranty their work up to 2 weeks or so , and the gentleman also said they can come back to retouch because sometimes, they do miss things.
I was fine with this, but I have been calling for 2 weeks and he keeps telling me he not in the area.
So bottom line he never came back. So poor customer service.
So I would not recommend these steamers, because i think people need to do a decent job to get a satisfactory remark.

Took them a day to call me back, and they missed the first appointment due to weather and had to reschedule. But once they got here everything was great, very polite and the rugs look brand new!

I had used them before to clean my area rugs. I've never worked with a company so straight forward and so polite. It was a nice experience. This time they cleaned a love seat, an armchair, and a sofa. My sofa had a smell from our little puppy and the smell and stains are gone. They did a great job.

I had a party at my house and some of my guests had got carried away and spilled wine all over my rug. I had called Steamers NY a woman answered and was very polite and professional, she had set up an appointment for a tech to come out and give me a free estimate. The technician that came out was nice and respectful and above all on time (I don't like unpunctual people). He had explained the process and the chemicals that they use to clean the rugs.
The Tech also had explained that the rug would need to be taken to their facility in order to get wine stain out and restore the color of the rug. I was hopping that it could be done at my home, but I was advised for best result to do so. I got my rug back today and was very satisfied with the work that this company provided for me. The wine stains were removed and the colors bright and beautiful. I would use them again, intact they are coming out to clean my armchairs next week. Thanks
