They came right out and took our 12’ x 18’ carpet to be cleaned at their facility. It hadn’t been cleaned other than in place for over 30 years. It was a quality wool Chinese rug worth cleaning. The rug came back beautiful. It was like new Once clean they brought the carpet back and positioned it over a new pad. On the delivery date we had them clean some wall to wall carpet on stairs and down a hall. They did a great job of that too. If you want professional work at reasonable prices (not cheap but reasonable) this is the outfit.

I was very happy with the service. Both of my rugs were very dirty and they came out good as new! Scheduling pickup and drop-off was so easy and the guys were so kind. I also found them to be cost effective!

It was "just okay" - the carpets were very damp after the technician left. It stayed damp for 2-3 days. My wife was not pleased. We hired a local company (ChemDry) to redo the carpets at a much greater price than what we paid in this offer. Perhaps this vendor used too much water? Perhaps something was wrong w/the equipment? I do not know. The tech was very friendly and accommodated our situations.

They did a wonderful job and the rugs look so very good. Because of the condition of the den rug it had to be cleaned twice (for a nominal charge.) The two men were prompt and kept me informed as to their arrival. They worked well together and the work was completed in a timely manner. They are really nice people and I look for ward to using them again.

"Tjisis an This isn't a fair review. I travelled a long distance to help this customer with the rug cleaning. When I arrived they wanted to use a special that was running for area rugs cleaned in their home. There was pet stains and the rug needed to be taken out and specially plant cleaned which requires 2 trips. To their surprise the price was significantly more bit not expensive for the quality rug that it was. I gave the option to refund the money that was spent on the coupon and end with being honest I was willing to take a lose for a mistake that was made on their part for not reading that this special does not apply to area rugs picked up and cleaned outside. I run a very honest business as well as the way I live life. Please read my other reviews not only here but on other searches of my company name and you will find there is no one more honest than A Friendly Carpet Cleaning . There is a reason we are ranked in the top 5% in the nation for having the most consistent 5 star ratings across the board"

Paul and his crew are remarkable professionals. Paul is a great business owner and looks out for the best interest of his customers. My girlfriend and I were looking for a carpet cleaning company in the North Jersey area. When we found Paul's company, we requested a quotation and Paul arranged his schedule and was able to provide us with pricing the same day. Paul suggested sanitizing and special cleaning options given the state of the carpet and the fact that previous owners had pets. To our surprise, when Paul finished the work, he slashed the price to 90% of the original quote, stating that he had overestimated the work that needed to be done. What an amazing an honest guy! Who does that?! The job was done in the best possible manner. I highly recommend Paul and his company for any carpet cleaning project.

Just moved into a new house and had to get my basement carpets cleaned..he gave an honest opinion on which rooms were dirty. Everything came out really great, all the spots were gone. He was very honest and did the storm door stairs for me as well. Excellent service and person!

It was fine. Worked very well. They got stains out of the carpet that I didn't think would come out. Good job. They did it expeditiously. Everything went as solid, I was very pleased. One thing they didn't tell me that I could choose stain removal, or deodorizer treatment. My family room needed the deodorizer treatment, and it smelled like a wet dog, but now I can't detect the smell. They were good.Good price.

"I was on emergency leave and was out of the country. Couldn't perform the service yet I could've been emailed by this person and would have been happy to help. This is an unfair rating since I never did the job and never collected a dollar. So technically this was never my customer. It's like rating a restaurant and never trying the food"

It went great. He got everything nice and clean. There was some pet stains that he was able to get out along with a stain by the door hinge. I would use them again and recommend their service.
