Miguel was the most diligent of the contractors I called to look at the projects. His estimates are professionally done and well thought out. He and his team are true craftsmen. As expected as Miguel was very communicative about issues that popped up - such as rotted wood that needed to be replaced, and completing odd jobs that was never going to get to.
