They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. The team overall is trustworthy, thoughtful and care immensely about client happiness and it shows. "I would highly recommend Mil's Painting and Construction. They were very professional and efficient both in communication and execution of the dry wall repair project in my home. I had areas of dry wall (in 2 separate rooms, each with different paint colors) cut out due to water damage/mold and replaced. They showed up on time, were flexible with my schedule and respectful of my home. The walls look beautiful again, good as new and the pricing was not only fair but less than I expected to pay/what other companies quoted. Definitely hire him!"

"It was very good. The paint job was exceptional and the prep work to remove the the texture on the ceilings was also very good. One point of critique is that the light fixtures and smoke detectors were not reattached upon completion. We have other work to do on the house though and I would use again."
