"Jim for Donhohues Lightning Rods installed the lightning rod system in my home. When the work was done I was very happy as their installer came as per promised time, and perform the work. Before giving them the work Jim completely sold me their work ethics, quality, and service. There was a minor issue and his team took complete ownership of this issue and talked to me in detail. They provide a very good explanation to satisfy me. I am a happy customer."

"WB Lightning is focused on customer service. The company provided good communication and responded very quickly to my inquiry for a quote. WB Lightning is a respected company, I had another electrical service provider tell me I made a good choice when I hired WB Lightning Rods."

"Workmenship was of good quality workman were knowlagable friendly and very neat they were on time My only complaint in that communication with the office staff was poor it seamed like they told you what you wanted to hear not what was actually happening also we ordered the generator in may (was scheduled for august install) and it was not untill october when instillation was done the product itself is of good quality and has been working as it should we so do had an electric upgrade done"

"Jimmy led me through the steps to check the electrical supply to the dishwasher. The problem was resolved during the call."

"If you want return business from him you have your limit. He charges reasonable prices but needed him to complete my fence in stages due to budgeting. When I contacted him to come back to finish the job he stopped communicating with me even after he said he would order the final pieces to complete our fence. He's good at fitting in quick jobs (small fences) but in my experience will not be there to see it through to the end. One positive is he is not afraid of property lines disputes. As long as you know your lines he will do the work."

"They were fantastic! They were polite, fast, organized, good clean up, and explained everything. The quality of the generator looks durable, and could last longer. They are the only company who told me that the generator needed to be serviced for every 2 years instead of every year. They also installed it on a stoned pad instead of a concrete which saved me a lot of money. The piping inside of the house was a flexible steel coil. They also do service calls."
