"Monroe & More were amazing - excellent communication and they arrived with five builders who completed our deck in one day! They left the property as they found it. Enjoyed working with them to get the quote and set up the job."

"Excellent experience. I had shingles blow off my roof. I called several contractors. Brad was the first to respond, the price seemed right and he showed up the next morning to put on shingles in snow flurries."

"We had a very large barn roof redone. Dylan kept us in the loop at every step of project. Great communication, great work, and super professional. We will use Dylan again for other projects we may have. Heâ s very trustworthy!!!"

"If you are looking for honest, reliable, and knowledgeable craftsman then these are the guys for you. They just finished some structural repairs to my front porch and I'm extremely happy with their work and service. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them without hesitation."

"Exterior storm doors - on time, everything done as promised. Great care and attention was given to the project. It has been years, and we have not needed any adjustments: not even on the springs or hinges!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Very well. Friendly & pleasant to have in the house. When Dave found out he needed to secure fan mount by crawling thru our attic crawl space he didn’t hesitant."

"Excellent. Very reliable and professional. The stairs look great!"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
