He used his special camera equipment to view enclosed spaces to find the source of moisture. He removed all the moldy paneling and drywall and employed drying machines overnight. I was glad that he didn’t have to remove structural wood beams or studs! The next day he sprayed the dried out, treated materials with a mold eating non-toxic, plant based spray then a protective mold resistant spray.
