In addition to him doing the job efficiently, He treated our house as if it was his own house taking all precautions not to have drywalled dust throughout the whole house. He was very particular in keeping the whole work area clean. In conversation, Justin had mentioned to us that he also does remodels of bathrooms kitchens, etc. Hopefully we don't need him back for water damage, however, for any drywall work or any type of remodeling or interior work in our house Justin from JB.Contracting would be our guy to call. "Fair $, but turned into a nightmare. Once concrete poured, did a decent job at trowling smooth , but didn't bevel front edge right for water run off. I believe he has the knowledge, just would not show up or do it. Never on time - if showed at all. So much work needed before day of pour, no-show until that day and then showed up 1.5 hrs late- same time as concrete truck showed up. Did not bring jersey bucket to get cement into back yard, so my driveway was damaged, but thankfully he did repair that. I did all, including 4 hrs digging night before, as I guessed he would not show up again. Concrete was to be sloped on outer edge. Water sits. Their time investment on site: 5 hrs removing old cement & 5 hrs pouring- leveling cement. My time from contract date: over 14 hrs with pick and shovel, and I am 67 I had to do 99% ground prep. After pour, Did not come back and put in expansion cuts, so I did. All which I paid them to do. I believe he could do good work, if he put in effort "

"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck.
